To the extent permitted by law, HFM Facilities shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Service-related liability is governed by the applicable service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
